Job Description

HubSpot Solutions Consultant driving client engagements and executing RevOps strategy focused on HubSpot solutions. Joining a consultancy specializing in CRM operations and revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

  • We’re looking for a HubSpot Solutions Consultant to join our Managed Services Team!
  • In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for leading client engagements and executing RevOps strategy focused on HubSpot-centered solutions.
  • You’ll work closely with development, engineering, and delivery teams to bring HubSpot solutions to life while building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • This role blends technical expertise with strategy and execution while ramping up new client consulting skills and subject matter expertise to deliver high-value solutions and drive business outcomes!

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in at least one functional area, ideally Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • 3+ years experience in consulting or professional services environments managing multiple external clients or accounts simultaneously.
  • HubSpot Advanced User: Advanced technical grasp of 2+ HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, Content/CMS).
  • Understanding of systems, architecture, and how to solve complex problems using data, technology, and process; should be familiar with APIs / webhooks.
  • Ability to navigate budget constraints and lead clients toward the right solutions within a defined monthly budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset; ability to listen to clients and translate their pain points into real solutions.
  • Skilled at navigating and prioritizing ambiguous client requests while quickly building rapport; must be comfortable working without a defined client scope.
  • Comfortable building and managing client relationships while identifying areas for continuous improvement.
