Job Description
Solution Consultant designing warehouse automation systems for Hai Robotics. Analyzing warehouse data, advising partners, and optimizing ASRS and logistics solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to design comprehensive solutions based on HAI Robotics' product offerings
- Provide guidance on system architecture, layout, and equipment selection
- Assist partners in collecting and analyzing warehouse operations data
- Use data insights to tailor automation solutions and drive continuous design optimization
- Apply technical expertise in warehouse automation and logistics to identify and assess potential risks
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between HAI Robotics and partner teams
- Collaborate on project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Provide training to partners on HAI Robotics products, systems, and best practices
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or above in Business Information System, Engineering, Software and/or relevant fields
- 5+ years of extensive experience in the Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry
- Proven track record of fast-paced consultive thinking, identifying critical issues and crafting practical solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- AutoCAD 2D layout proficiency
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confidence in presenting solutions internally and to partners and potential customers
- Online collaboration tool proficiency
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Travel flexibility as some travelling may be required
