Job Description
Customer Service Representative supporting online advertisers via phone, chat, email, and appointments in a global digital business services company. Join an international team and gain professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer support to online advertisers via phone, chat, email, and scheduled appointments
- Assist customers with advertising campaign management, billing and invoice inquiries, account settings, technical issues, and ad performance
- Resolve customer inquiries by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct proactive customer follow-ups and callbacks to provide tailored, solution-oriented support
- Identify opportunities to recommend and upsell relevant product features and services
Requirements:
- Excellent Spanish language skills (spoken and written)
- Very good English skills
- Service-oriented, patient, and friendly manner
- Professional communication skills and corresponding soft skills
- Experience in online advertising and customer service is an advantage
- Sales aptitude with the ability to upsell features and services
- High technical affinity and strong PC proficiency (internet, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting)
