Job Description

Customer Service Representative supporting online advertisers via phone, chat, email, and appointments in a global digital business services company. Join an international team and gain professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer support to online advertisers via phone, chat, email, and scheduled appointments
  • Assist customers with advertising campaign management, billing and invoice inquiries, account settings, technical issues, and ad performance
  • Resolve customer inquiries by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct proactive customer follow-ups and callbacks to provide tailored, solution-oriented support
  • Identify opportunities to recommend and upsell relevant product features and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent Spanish language skills (spoken and written)
  • Very good English skills
  • Service-oriented, patient, and friendly manner
  • Professional communication skills and corresponding soft skills
  • Experience in online advertising and customer service is an advantage
  • Sales aptitude with the ability to upsell features and services
  • High technical affinity and strong PC proficiency (internet, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting)
