Job Description
Junior Project Analyst supporting Protheus ERP projects and client communications in a dynamic consultancy environment. Focused on organization and proactive communication while managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and monitoring of Protheus ERP projects
- Participate in kickoff meetings and alignment sessions with clients
- Track schedules and assist with managing deadlines and scope
- Organize the backlog, monitor sprints, and support weekly prioritization
- Facilitate communication between the technical team and the client
- Identify risks and help define action plans
- Monitor multiple WhatsApp groups with organization and clarity
- Assist in managing tickets and recurring requests
Requirements:
- Organized, dynamic profile with a sense of urgency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Agility and ease communicating via WhatsApp (will manage several active groups daily)
- Ability to keep conversations objective, clear, and energetic
- Proactivity to follow up on pending items and request updates when necessary
- Interest in or initial experience with Protheus ERP
- Basic knowledge of project management
