Job Description

Staff Product Manager at Vanta defining and executing AI-driven workflows for compliance automation aimed at enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vanta's AI-centric workflow builder
  • Conduct rigorous AI evaluations and performance assessments, continuously analyzing data to optimize AI-powered features
  • Partner deeply with Engineering and AI teams to design the technical architecture for workflow orchestration at scale
  • Partner closely with teams across Vanta to understand all potential use cases and distill a clear direction for impact
  • Drive product discovery with upmarket customers to understand their custom compliance workflow needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Lead cross-functional execution to deliver the workflow builder, managing dependencies across multiple teams and ensuring timely delivery of this strategic initiative
  • Establish measurement frameworks and success metrics to track product adoption, AI performance, and customer value

Requirements:

  • Have 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building AI-powered products and 2 years working on workflow, orchestration, or automation platforms
  • Bring experience and drive to ship AI-powered products, including rapid experimentation, rigorous evaluation, and LLM prompt tuning to ensure high product quality
  • Demonstrate proven experience designing and shipping workflow engines, orchestration platforms, or automation tools; you understand the technical architecture required to bring these systems to life
  • Possess the ability to set product vision and strategy for a major product, with strong frameworks for making complex tradeoffs and prioritization decisions
  • Show experience building products for upmarket customers with complex, custom requirements and the ability to balance product flexibility with scalability
  • Demonstrate a strong track record influencing and collaborating with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams to drive product outcomes
  • Communicate excellently both written and verbally, to effectively communicate ideas, requirements, and product vision to team members, stakeholders, and executives
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
