Job Description
CISO Advantage Field Specialist at Sophos specializing in cybersecurity solutions for MSP partners. Responsible for partner enablement and feedback channel management.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as a structured feedback channel between the field and the Sophos Product team
- Capture partner and customer feedback on product usability and feature gaps
- Submit regular regional feedback reports covering adoption blockers and MSP delivery challenges
- Serve as the primary resource for CISO Advantage MSP partners
- Track partner enablement progress and readiness across your regional MSP portfolio
- Support MSP partners in delivering effective training and onboarding experiences
- Work closely with regional Sales and Channel teams to align enablement activity
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role
- Experience working with or within an MSP, channel partner, or VAR environment
- Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vCISO service delivery
- Experience in a product feedback, customer success, or voice-of-customer role
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-user training, onboarding, or adoption programmes
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a structured feedback environment
- Genuine personal and professional interest in AI
