Job Description
Principal Product Manager overseeing product direction and collaboration with engineers at Access Group. Driving improvements and customer insights in software management.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product direction for value streams
- Work closely with engineering team, managing product backlog
- Spend time with customers, creating user stories and plans
- Partner with go-to-market teams for launches and improvements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Owned a product end-to-end
- Fluent in Agile and Scrum
- Experience with software products and GTM teams
- Comfort in customer discovery and engineering stand-ups
- Experience with AI tools
