Job Description
Product Manager responsible for advancing LSAC's offerings and enhancing user journey. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that delight users.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the vision and mission of LSAC’s offerings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to research and collect user feedback
- Develop a holistic view of the user journey
- Work with UI/UX designers to design the product experience
- Translate the desired experience into roadmap items
- Lead a cross-functional team for continuous improvement
- Keep up to date on industry innovations and competitive products
- Evangelize the vision for LSAC’s offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Background in EdTech or admissions
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Familiarity or prior working experience with utilization of recommendation algorithms / systems
- Knowledge of Agile methods and principles
- Experience analyzing customer feedback, user research, engagement data, and performance data
- Outstanding communication, relationship, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience launching new products and technologies.
- Experience working within startups
