Job Description
Supervision Technology Consultant role focused on monitoring enterprise systems. Support applications and collaborate with teams in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring and management of enterprise systems and applications in a fully remote environment
- Work with BMC Control-M and EasyVista
- Utilize Unix/Linux/Solaris systems and scripting in Python and Shell
- Collaborate with teams to ensure operational excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in enterprise system operations or supervision
- Hands-on experience with BMC Control-M and EasyVista
- Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux/Solaris administration
- Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
- At least one of the following certifications is required: ITIL Red Hat Scrum Master PMP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and autonomous
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
