Job Description
Business intelligence supervisor coordinating competitive research and lead qualification. Supporting Precision Medicine Group’s clinical solutions and translational sciences growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intelligence workflow, scope projects, gather information, and support prioritization across the PFM Analyst team
- Support business growth across Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences
- Serve as a key contact for PFM commercial teams on intelligence projects
- Provide day-to-day guidance and subject matter expert support to Analysts
- Coordinate and help prioritize work across lead qualification, research, and landscape analysis
- Promote strong research methods, stakeholder communication, CRM hygiene, and on-time deliverables
- Support outreach projects to secure new and repeat business from biotech and pharmaceutical companies
- Liaise with Marketing and Lead Generation teams
- Update sales, lead generation, and project management systems to maintain data integrity
- Share best practices and support onboarding and skill development
- Maintain guidance for research and lead-management processes, data accuracy, and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a marketing/communication/science or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience in a marketing/communication/business development/sales environment
- Keen understanding of the CRO and Specialty Labs market and Precision’s role in that environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an analytical sales support infrastructure
- Direct B2B sales experience in the life science industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of lead generation tools and processes
