Job Description
Specialty Generics Operations Team Supervisor managing pharmacy service representatives and ensuring compliance. Leading team optimization and staff training for CVS Health operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team focused on Specialty Generics optimization
- Oversight of Pharmacy Service Representatives (PSRs), Benefits Verification (BV) representatives, and technicians
- Ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Staff training and development, problem-solving and follow-up, performance monitoring and evaluation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Pharmacy Technician license or certification required
- Mastery of Benefits Verification (BV) functions
- Working knowledge across multiple functional areas, including PSR workflows, conversion activities, and Tech and Pharmacist (RPh) support functions.
