Job Description

Pharmacy Technician Representative providing customer support for pharmacy programs and initiatives in a remote setting. Collaborating with pharmacists and coordinators to resolve pharmacy issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives
  • Working with internal departments, external vendors, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues
  • Providing member support for programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry
  • Licensed and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
  • High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Managed care customer service experience
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills required
  • Drug information skills
  • Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
