Job Description
Pharmacy Technician Representative providing customer support for pharmacy programs and initiatives in a remote setting. Collaborating with pharmacists and coordinators to resolve pharmacy issues.
Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives
- Working with internal departments, external vendors, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues
- Providing member support for programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry
- Licensed and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Managed care customer service experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills required
- Drug information skills
- Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills
- Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
