Job Description

Technical Product Manager owning revenue cycle, authorizations, eligibility, and EHR integrations. Shaping Flagler Health’s clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the revenue cycle product roadmap, including eligibility, prior authorizations, claims-adjacent workflows, and EHR integrations
  • Translate revenue cycle operations into product requirements for engineering
  • Partner with Engineering on scoping, sequencing, trade-offs, and delivery
  • Work with clinics and internal operations teams to identify process breakdowns and associated costs
  • Define success metrics for revenue cycle features and hold the roadmap accountable
  • Prioritize integration work, new capabilities, and reliability
  • Partner with leadership on revenue cycle strategy for the broader platform
  • Report directly to the CEO

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management roles
  • Direct experience with revenue cycle management, including eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and EHR integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to own a complex, integration-heavy product area end to end
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to clinical or executive audiences
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup
  • Able to travel to NYC as needed
  • CS degree or equivalent technical background (nice to have)
  • Solutions engineering experience in a major EHR environment such as Epic, particularly ability to write code (nice to have)
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • Must not require a visa now or in the future to continue working in the United States or Canada
