Job Description
Supply Chain Manager at Leidos overseeing procurement strategies for government contracts. Developing compliant material acquisition strategies and collaborating with project management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop FAR-compliant material procurement strategies for multiple diverse government projects
- Manage end-to-end purchasing lifecycle
- Implement Leidos corporate purchasing policies and tools
- Conduct market research, price-reasonableness analyses, and prepare acquisition documentation
- Maintain and utilize a P-Card for appropriate purchases within corporate and customer policies
- Prepare and Support materials procurement and disposition audits assessing both internal and external compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 5 or more years relevant experience
- Experience with materials procurement on US government contracts
- Deep knowledge of FAR clauses pertaining to procurement and subcontracting
- Demonstrated experience preparing and defending procurement documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with ERP tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
- Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance and have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance if needed.
