Job Description
Supply Planner Intern supporting Bolton Food's global food supply chain. Analyzing inventory, production, KPIs, and supply plans across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing weekly and monthly supply plans to align resource capacity with market demand
- Collaborate with production plants to monitor execution and support decision-making during plan disruptions
- Support S&OE routines and S&OP cycles by preparing KPIs, data analysis, and insights
- Monitor stock levels to identify slow-moving products and potential obsolescence risks
- Use Excel to maintain supply planning models and implement reporting tools or dashboards
- Track supply chain performance and identify and mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics, and Procurement on innovation and improvement projects
- Report directly to the Supply Planning Manager of Bolton Food
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field
- Strong interest in data analysis and ability to identify trends and provide basic insights from complex datasets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Query, Macro, and BI tools
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is a plus
