Job Description
Junior Support Analyst providing agile support to Brazilian retail clients at Linx. Managing multiple inquiries and guiding users to appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure agile, high-quality service to clients, acting as the first point of contact to understand their needs and direct appropriate solutions.
- On a daily basis, handle multiple requests, log and follow up on tickets carefully, and assist users in resolving operational questions.
- Perform initial support via the IVR, chat and phone;
- Log and route tickets according to procedures;
- Support users in resolving basic and operational doubts.
Requirements:

- Customers don’t like waiting to have a problem resolved, so we need you to be agile and able to handle multiple interactions and connections.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Previous experience or skills in IT.
