Job Description
Support Engineer providing exceptional remote support for mission-critical SAP applications. Responsible for troubleshooting SAP modules and delivering fixes for complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications
- Researching, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple SAP modules
- Develop, test, package and deliver fixes for serious issues
- Manage one or more key assigned accounts as a technical/functional advisor
- Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant SAP experience particularly with BI/BW Analytics
- 5+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment
- Prior experience in object-oriented programming, ABAP lists and other related fields
- Deep working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes
- SAP certification(s) preferred.
