Job Description
Support Engineer optimizing software performance for Dedalus, a leading healthcare technology firm in Germany. Analyzing and improving IT and Imaging system response times, enhancing database queries.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the response-time behavior of our IT and imaging systems
- Improve the performance of database queries and application code
- Maintain direct, professional communication with our customers
- Collaborate with colleagues from the development department
- Plan and implement performance measurements
Requirements:
- A completed degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent knowledge
- Analytical thinking is one of your strengths
- Basic SQL knowledge (ORACLE SQL or others)
- Experience in a programming or scripting language
- You work in a structured way
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
