Job Description
Support Engineer providing top-notch IT service and specializing in ProStore® installations. Collaborating with customers and optimizing system performance after thorough training.
Responsibilities:
- Step by step, you will develop into a specialist for our ProStore® system installations and know the modules and processes inside out
- You advise our customers on application issues, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure first-class IT support
- You maintain and configure our ProStore® modules, analyze system performance, and optimize workflows
- You support ProStore® deployments and actively contribute your expertise to the team
- You handle 2nd level support requests and work closely with colleagues and other departments
Requirements:
- You have a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification gained through professional experience
- You enjoy collaborating with others and love solving complex problems
- You are service-oriented and take pleasure in supporting others
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ideally, you have experience with SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or Java
