Job Description

Support Specialist serving as a liaison between users and the team for AssemblySuite. Handling support inquiries and continuously optimizing service processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the central link between customers and our team!
  • Receive, handle, document, and forward support requests
  • Maintain ongoing communication with our customers
  • Collect and report insights gained for customer support
  • Continuously optimize service processes

Requirements:

  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Strong IT affinity – new software interests you and doesn't intimidate you
  • Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
  • Confident manner and strong communication skills – essential for customer contact
  • Positive attitude and resilience
