Job Description
SVP leading client services and medical communications for EVERSANA INTOUCH, a global life sciences marketing agency network. Overseeing client relationships, scientific content, teams, compliance, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
- Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Develop and implement client service strategies aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements
- Oversee medical communication plans and campaigns
- Ensure scientific accuracy and integrity of medical content
- Lead and mentor account managers and medical communication professionals
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment
- Manage workload distribution and timely project delivery
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop proposals and pitch presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Implement quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor and report client satisfaction and project performance metrics
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a medical or scientific field (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD)
- Extensive experience in client services, medical communications, or a related field, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of medical and regulatory environments
