Job Description
Systems Engineer managing cloud and hybrid IT environments with focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure. Providing technical support and solutions delivery for multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Serve as a Tier II/III escalation resource across multiple industries.
- Proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Implement long-term solutions for identified issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments and manage tenant migrations.
- Deploy and manage Azure resources, including VMs and networking.
- Lead or support infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
Requirements:
- Must live on the East Coast.
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of Azure cloud engineering and resource management
- Familiarity with security standards, patch management, and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills for client engagement and technical guidance
