Job Description
Systems Support Engineer managing support and maintenance of IT systems for healthcare and enterprise solutions. Requires troubleshooting and problem resolution in cloud platforms and networking protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT hardware, software, applications, and networks.
- Provide timely, effective support to end users by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
- Identify and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and security.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
- Implement and actively monitor security measures and platforms to protect systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, ticketing, and/or chat.
- Document and track support requests and changes for efficient resolution.
Requirements:
- 2+ year associate's degree or greater preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
- All relevant IT certifications/licenses are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
