Job Description

Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs at Guardant Health. Support and deliver key TA initiatives, ensuring effective program implementation and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute TA programs and initiatives aligned to defined priorities and plans.
  • Translate program plans into clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, risks, dependencies, and follow-through.
  • Support change management efforts, including rollout planning, communications, and training coordination.
  • Partner with recruiters, TA leaders, People partners, and vendors to support adoption and consistent execution.
  • Track program performance, prepare status updates, and surface insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Support implementation and optimization of TA tools, including AI-enabled technologies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience executing programs or projects in an individual contributor role.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Comfort working with data, metrics, and process documentation.
