Job Description

Coordinador/a de Adquisición de Talento gestionando todo el ciclo de reclutamiento de manera remota. Buscando conectar a las personas con oportunidades en un ambiente colaborativo y orientado al desarrollo.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Use CRM and ATS tools to organize and optimize selection processes.
  • Administer and analyze psychometric assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Prepare and present detailed candidate reports.
  • Deliver trainings and workshops to support continuous employee development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment and working with CRM and ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
