Job Description
Coordinador/a de Adquisición de Talento gestionando todo el ciclo de reclutamiento de manera remota. Buscando conectar a las personas con oportunidades en un ambiente colaborativo y orientado al desarrollo.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Use CRM and ATS tools to organize and optimize selection processes.
- Administer and analyze psychometric assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Prepare and present detailed candidate reports.
- Deliver trainings and workshops to support continuous employee development.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment and working with CRM and ATS systems.
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
