Job Description
Talent Acquisition Sourcer enhancing recruitment at Osmo's digital olfaction company. Proactively sourcing and vetting candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates across open roles using LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
- Own the full application review process
- Conduct initial candidate vetting to identify and flag top candidates for the talent team
- Build and maintain a healthy, organized candidate pipeline across multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Partner closely with our talent team to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent candidate experience
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sourcing experience
- Strong instincts for identifying great talent
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- A natural on the phone
- Familiarity with talent sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
- Adept at lead generation activities
