Job Description

Talent Acquisition Sourcer enhancing recruitment at Osmo's digital olfaction company. Proactively sourcing and vetting candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates across open roles using LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
  • Own the full application review process
  • Conduct initial candidate vetting to identify and flag top candidates for the talent team
  • Build and maintain a healthy, organized candidate pipeline across multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Partner closely with our talent team to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent candidate experience

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sourcing experience
  • Strong instincts for identifying great talent
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • A natural on the phone
  • Familiarity with talent sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
  • Adept at lead generation activities
