Job Description
Field Talent Acquisition Specialist at Driven Brands sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced retail environment. Engaging with candidates while ensuring compliance and a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for various management and hourly positions
- Partner with Regional Directors of Operations, District Managers and Store Managers to understand specific staffing needs
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Maintain positive KPIs, such as interviews scheduled, offers, hires, and time to fill
- Promote Driven Brands family of brands as an employer of choice
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing passive candidates (high volume recruiting in a retail setting preferred)
- Proven track record in managing multiple requisitions and meeting ambitious hiring goals
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Proficiency with Workday strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems
