Job Description

Field Talent Acquisition Specialist at Driven Brands sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced retail environment. Engaging with candidates while ensuring compliance and a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for various management and hourly positions
  • Partner with Regional Directors of Operations, District Managers and Store Managers to understand specific staffing needs
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Maintain positive KPIs, such as interviews scheduled, offers, hires, and time to fill
  • Promote Driven Brands family of brands as an employer of choice
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing passive candidates (high volume recruiting in a retail setting preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing multiple requisitions and meeting ambitious hiring goals
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Proficiency with Workday strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems
