Job Description

Talent Operations Associate responsible for full-cycle recruiting at OneImaging. Partnering with stakeholders and delivering a high-touch candidate experience in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging's high volume care navigation and support functions
  • Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies
  • Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
  • Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
  • Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how OneImaging is presented
  • Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team
  • Maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup
  • Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management
  • Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
