Job Description
Summer trial associate program at Morgan & Morgan, the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ law firm. Providing litigation training, mentorship, and hands-on trial advocacy experience.
Responsibilities:
- Learn from renowned trial attorneys in a dynamic team environment
- Receive mentorship in legal best practices and effective client service
- Learn how to prepare for trial
- Engage with data-informed solutions being developed to improve the legal space and client outcomes
- Participate in hands-on trial advocacy experience, learning and development courses, and professional networking
- Attend a jury trial during the 2L summer
- Participate in at least 2 civil jury trials within the first full year of practice
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at a top law school
- Anticipated graduation year of 2028
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to providing the highest quality client service
- Demonstrated interest in trial advocacy preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter
