Job Description
Teamlead .NET software development at SYZYGY Techsolutions, an enterprise IT specialist. Leading developers, owning architecture, and delivering tailored web solutions for major corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a motivated team of software developers both technically and disciplinarily
- Promote individual strengths and ensure productive, appreciative collaboration
- Own the architecture and technical direction of the team, focusing on .NET
- Remain hands-on in the code and work as a developer, tech lead, or sparring partner as needed
- Analyze requirements and develop suitable solutions with the team
- Implement solutions in close coordination with customers
- Guide the team through complex projects using agile methods
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in enterprise web development with .NET and related areas
- Ideally, familiarity with React and TypeScript
- Prior technical or disciplinary leadership of software developers
- Understanding of motivating and developing teams
- Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum
- Ability to guide teams through complex projects
- Clear and decisive decision-making, including in challenging situations
- Open and clear communication style
- Very good German language skills
