Job Description
Tech Lead SAP FI leading SAP S/4HANA finance solutions for Ultracon. Responsible for technical leadership, integration, and continuous improvement in financial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical reference for SAP FI and S/4HANA Finance streams, supporting architectural decisions and the evolution of financial solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for integrations between SAP and external systems, using BTP, APIs, CPI, IDocs and other integration technologies.
- Resolve complex issues related to performance, financial close, integrations and technical troubleshooting.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
- Provide technical mentoring and support team development, ensuring technical alignment and delivery quality.
- Work with a focus on data, performance and continuous improvement of SAP solutions.
- Explore innovation initiatives using AI applied to the SAP ecosystem; experience in non‑SAP environments is considered a plus.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR and AA - Asset Accounting)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Experience with SAP Fiori
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or SAP technical lead
- Strong experience in SAP FI integrations
- Experience with APIs, CPI and IDocs
- Experience with Brazilian tax/fiscal regulations
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and performance analysis
