Job Description
Technical Integration Specialist connecting mortgage technology partners for Vesta’s automated lending platform. Reviewing data mappings, guiding certifications, and troubleshooting integrations from testing through launch.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to technical contact for the partnerships team, joining meetings alongside partnerships managers, answering technical questions, and leading demos of completed integrations
- Review partner technical documentation, compare data handling including MISMO fields with Vesta’s systems, and summarize integration scope and gaps for the product manager
- Support the product manager by providing context, triaging partner questions, and advocating for integration approaches that deliver the best customer experience
- Guide integrations from testing through launch, coordinate certification steps, troubleshoot failures, and monitor maintenance and enhancement requests
- Support the implementations team when customers add new integrations, troubleshoot customer issues, and work with partners to make integrations seamless
Requirements:
- Experience on the integration or technical side at a mortgage technology company
- Understanding of how mortgage technology systems are built and where integrations can fail
- Ability to assess partner technology and integration requirements quickly
- Ability to identify integration risks before they become problems
- Interest in using technology, including AI, to improve integration work
- Ability to serve as a trusted technical contact for partners and colleagues
- Ability to build long-term partner relationships
- Experience troubleshooting customer integration issues
- Knowledge of MISMO fields and data handling
