Job Description
Technical Project Manager leading PIAM customer implementations for RightCrowd, a physical identity and access management solutions company. Managing global teams, budgets, risks, vendors, and full project lifecycles for Chilean clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple customer project engagements with external customers and internal teams
- Drive successful delivery of enterprise-wide customer solutions within budget
- Manage projects through requirements gathering, solution design, development, and implementation
- Ensure project teams collaboratively create customer deliverables meeting expectations and success criteria
- Own full project life cycle from initiation through deployment for multiple initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, communications, vendor relationships, resources, budgets, changes, risks, and issues
- Prepare project status reports, change requests, estimates, and detailed phase plans
- Manage change and liaise with internal and external senior stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day project activities and resources; chair project and customer meetings
- Maintain regular customer meetings and report milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and leadership updates
- Report project success criteria results, metrics, testing, and deployment activities
- Align solutions with customer goals and industry best practices
- Monitor and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical-path deliverables
- Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Manage escalations, ongoing quality control, and quality issue resolution
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 2–5 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- PMP certification is a benefit
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders
- Excellent leadership, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and decisive, with ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule, and within-budget close
- Experience leading, motivating, and managing project and program teams, including internal and external resources
- Willingness to work normal business hours in AEST (Australian time zone)
