Job Description
Technical Solutions Architect guiding innovation and creating customer solutions for Arrow's Intelligent Solutions business. Focused on technical resource contributions and developing relationships with Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Guide innovation by applying your technical knowledge to help create solutions for our customers
- Focus on being the leading technical resource as part of a selling team
- Contribute to multiple customer projects serving as a subject matter expert
- Help develop, engineer and choose the right technologies and components for customer designs
- Build relationships with Sales Team to help customers and partners understand, adopt, and deploy a solution stack
- Provide support to other Engineers based on areas of expertise and domain knowledge
- Committed to continual professional development including technical certifications
- Visit customers in France and occasionally elsewhere in Europe
- Work closely with the European Integration Centre team in Budapest as the interface between customers and New Product Introduction team
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Server/ PC systems, networking architecture and storage
- An understanding of Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, confident under pressure and demonstrated skills in solution selling
- French and English full proficiency, a good command or German would be a strong asset
