Job Description
Solutions Engineer implementing and supporting technical operations for an AI platform. Working with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and effective use of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Join sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity
- Define feasible and optimal technical approaches for each client
- Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans
- Set up and configure the platform end-to-end for enterprise clients
- Design and refine system prompts and inputs to control platform behavior
- Configure LLM settings, integrations (e.g., SSO), and platform features cohesively
- Build repeatable playbooks to improve implementation speed and consistency
- Act as the main technical point of contact for Sales and Customer Success
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Engineering/Product when needed
- Collect and structure client feedback to inform product improvements
Requirements:
- Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering)
- Strong prompt engineering skills to reliably guide LLM behavior
- Proven experience working with clients, including C-level executives in large organizations
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations in parallel
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
