Job Description

Technical Solutions Engineer at Electric, serving as the technical authority within the Revenue organization. Leading technical discovery and solution design to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations
  • Own technical validation, proof of concept processes, and responses to security and compliance questionnaires
  • Serve as the primary technical resource during customer-facing engagements
  • Maintain and continuously sharpen competitive positioning and objection handling frameworks
  • Support partner-driven deals and co-selling motions with key partners
  • Develop and deliver training for internal teams on Electric’s platform
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation resource for the sales team
  • Own the ongoing refinement of demo environments and the technical sales narrative
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth by improving technical win rates
  • Document common deal scenarios, technical objection patterns, and win/loss insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or IT Consulting
  • Deep working knowledge of on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training and enablement programs
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Track record of partnering directly with Account Executives
  • Experience supporting partner and co-sell motions
