Job Description

Technology Solutions Operations Lead managing day-to-day operations for solution initiatives through strategic thinking and coordination. Fully remote position available in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimizing day-to-day operations for Solution initiatives, programs, or product lines
  • Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong cross-functional coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Must have a minimum of five(5) years of experience on a " public health system " as a Technology Solutions Operations lead in Knowledge transfer and Management of business rules and Training and Help desk
  • Must have a minimum of two(2) years of Technology Solutions Operations Lead experience with " public health Government (State / Local / Federal - health care system)"
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience of leading geographically distributed teams
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT operations for a large IT system valued at $5,000,000 or more
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology Solutions Operations Lead or business management leadership experience
