Job Description

Technical Success Manager managing mid-tier accounts for OutSystems' AI Development Platform. Guide client development teams to adopt and utilize agentic systems effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts.
  • Perform technical reviews to identify potential issues.
  • Design technical adoption plans to ensure sustained growth.
  • Guide customer development teams through transitions to Agentic Workflows.
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices.
  • Understanding of AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Recognized industry certifications in AI or OutSystems certifications are a plus.
  • Competency in architecture principles, governance best practices, security concepts and infrastructure performance/troubleshooting.
