Job Description
Technical Success Manager managing mid-tier accounts for OutSystems' AI Development Platform. Guide client development teams to adopt and utilize agentic systems effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts.
- Perform technical reviews to identify potential issues.
- Design technical adoption plans to ensure sustained growth.
- Guide customer development teams through transitions to Agentic Workflows.
- Serve as a customer advocate internally.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices.
- Understanding of AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Recognized industry certifications in AI or OutSystems certifications are a plus.
- Competency in architecture principles, governance best practices, security concepts and infrastructure performance/troubleshooting.
