Job Description
CRM and operations intern supporting Laserhub’s digital metal procurement platform. Maintaining CRM data, improving workflows, and assisting cross-functional process initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CRM Manager with day-to-day operational topics
- Gradually take ownership of recurring CRM tasks
- Keep CRM data structured, accurate and up to date
- Analyze and independently handle smaller CRM system requests
- Test, document and continuously improve processes and workflows
- Analyze and structure new topics, data and information
- Identify inconsistencies and proactively raise improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with different teams across Laserhub
- Conduct research and smaller analyses to support CRM and process improvements
Requirements:
- Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, or seeking an internship as part of studies
- Previous CRM or HubSpot experience is not required
- Quickly understands new tools, processes and complex topics
- Structured, logical and solution-oriented mindset
- Enjoys analyzing connections and finding practical solutions
- Careful and reliable when handling data and detailed information
- Proactive and able to contribute ideas
- Comfortable working independently and knowing when to ask questions
- Confident communicating in English in a professional environment
