Job Description

Technical Support Analyst responsible for assisting with application and infrastructure issues. Focused on proactive problem solving and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Act proactively, anticipating problems and risks.
  • Identify connections between different events and recognize root causes and underlying issues in complex contexts.
  • Maintain performance, focus, and a professional demeanor under pressure and adversity.
  • Collaborate effectively and build partnerships with people across different areas and levels to achieve objectives and expected results.
  • Actively engage in learning and skills development.
  • Handle operational service requests related to applications, infrastructure, and security.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and accessibly.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the internal and external knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience operating applications, infrastructure, or IT services.
  • Basic hands-on experience with scripting, network connectivity, code repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic programming skills and SQL.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of VPNs (iptables).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure concepts: cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP), code repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.), containerization (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and networking (protocols and basic connectivity tools).
  • Familiarity with information security and AppSec concepts: risks, threats, vulnerabilities, CVSS, CWE, OWASP Top 10, and OWASP ASVS.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles in mission-critical contexts is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
