Job Description

Technical Support Specialist collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support to CSG product suite. Maintaining application support and addressing inefficiencies for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our cross-functional team and provide technical support to the CSG product suite for our Customers
  • Take ownership of the application support
  • Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks, and keep everything running like clockwork
  • Maintain billing SLA as the major KPI in this role

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in application support
  • Mandatory skill set as Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX
  • Good to have working knowledge on writing SQL queries, PL/SQL blocks, and shell scripts
  • Should be able to write, debug shell scripts, Oracle Procedures, and Packages
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate easily with teammates
