Job Description
Technical Support Specialist collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support to CSG product suite. Maintaining application support and addressing inefficiencies for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our cross-functional team and provide technical support to the CSG product suite for our Customers
- Take ownership of the application support
- Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks, and keep everything running like clockwork
- Maintain billing SLA as the major KPI in this role
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in application support
- Mandatory skill set as Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX
- Good to have working knowledge on writing SQL queries, PL/SQL blocks, and shell scripts
- Should be able to write, debug shell scripts, Oracle Procedures, and Packages
- Ability to communicate and collaborate easily with teammates
