Job Description

Remote Nurse Practitioner delivering personalized women’s healthcare through Allara’s longitudinal telehealth platform. Conducting video assessments, treatment planning, education, documentation, and clinical guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Complete required trainings and uphold Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices
  • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages
  • Provide full-time patient consultations and medical guidance, including prescribing when clinically appropriate

Requirements:

  • Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health and treating specified chronic and reproductive health conditions
  • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity
  • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
  • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
  • Comfort using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
  • Minimum 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses
  • At least 2 licenses in California, New York (autonomous), or Florida (autonomous), plus 1 or more additional state licenses based on hiring needs
  • Prior telemedicine experience is a plus
