Job Description
Palliative & Pain Management Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant conducting telemedicine appointments for Georgia-based patients. Flexible schedule with a focus on patient satisfaction and care coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients in a telemedicine environment
- Provide palliative care & pain management to treat the patient best
- Prescribing and refilling medications
- Define and document patient diagnoses
- Assure all patients are completely satisfied
- Patient and family education and management
- Notate findings and treatment course in patient charts, including follow-up notes
- Actively participates in departmental activities to improve training methods and achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in Georgia
- Must have active DEA license
