Job Description

Temporary Paid Media Brand Specialist supporting operational tasks for digital media campaigns at National University. Ensuring timely execution and delivery of impactful marketing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the success of digital marketing campaigns by providing operational support.
  • Ensure campaigns launch accurately, pace to plan, and deliver reporting.
  • Manage setup, delivery, pacing, troubleshooting, and ongoing status updates with vendors.
  • Upload and traffic creative assets; coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain media calendars and launch timelines; assist with budget updates.
  • Initiate and manage incrementality, brand lift, and audience studies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a marketing operations role supporting paid media vendors and/or campaign operations (agency, in-house, or vendor-side).
  • Demonstrated experience with creative trafficking, launch QA, pacing, and vendor communication workflows.
  • Strong operational discipline: detail orientation, deadline management, and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort working in spreadsheets/trackers and maintaining clean reporting inputs.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
