  • Create an overall plan to build the Cultivated Life brand across each platform pillar.
  • Build, launch, and manage social media presence across platforms for each business line.
  • Coordinate the build and launch of marketing and social media campaigns across the platform's programs and pillars.
  • Develop and execute the content calendar, posting strategy, and integrated marketing plans across the platform.
  • Support development of the founder's personal brand alongside the business brand.
  • Promote Young Leader Program and Skills Dashboard enrollment across channels.
  • Build and nurture an engaged community across owned channels.
  • Plan and coordinate in-person workshops and conferences end to end.
  • Identify and secure sponsors, and recruit and manage participant registration.
  • Manage the online interaction and meeting schedule for audience-facing events.
  • Report progress and flag blockers early with a recommended plan of action.
  • Support customer service, order fulfillment, and access issues once programs go live.

Requirements:

  • Proven marketing experience, at an experienced (not entry-level) level, with a clear understanding of what it takes to bring a product to market.
  • Substantial social media and marketing fluency, including platform mechanics, audience growth, and content performance.
  • Strong writer who can produce clear, on-brand copy for social, email, promotional materials, and outreach without heavy editing.
  • Project management competency to run multiple concurrent initiatives with different timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Creative, generating ideas for content, campaigns, and partnerships independently.
  • Proactive executor who owns outcomes rather than tasks and checks in for decisions, not instructions.
  • Customer service orientation, representing the brand well with audiences, partners, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Self-directed in a remote environment, comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and high follow-through.
  • Must have own webcam, microphone, and computer (relevant software and subscriptions provided).
  • Excellent English verbal and written language proficiency (C1-C2 in CEFR Scale).
  • Access to a quiet work area at home with reliable internet (100 Mbps or more).
