Job Description

Brand Communication Manager executing content strategies to elevate founders' presence in digital marketing. Collaborating with teams to develop insightful, high-quality content for industry recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a founder content calendar
  • Work directly with our founders to capture ideas, opinions and experiences
  • Turn conversations into LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, presentations and video scripts
  • Maintain a consistent voice and personal brand for each founder
  • Research emerging topics in AI Search, SEO, marketing and business growth
  • Develop original content angles backed by data, client experience and industry trends
  • Create articles, whitepapers, newsletters and long-form thought leadership content
  • Help prepare keynote presentations, webinars and conference sessions
  • Partner with internal teams to turn client success stories into compelling narratives
  • Build relationships with editors, journalists, publication teams, newsletter publishers and podcast hosts
  • Coordinate article submissions, interviews and editorial follow-ups
  • Track media mentions and identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility
  • Partner with SEO, AI Search and Strategy teams to identify trends worth talking about
  • Help create content that earns citations, backlinks and media coverage
  • Lead campaigns that increase awareness, credibility and trust
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, video editors and marketers to produce high-quality content

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Brand Communications, Public Relations, Executive Communications, Content Marketing or Thought Leadership
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with founders, executives or subject matter experts
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, B2B marketing and personal branding
  • Experience pitching articles, podcasts, webinars or media opportunities
  • Excellent interviewing and communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows
  • Bonus Points If You Have Worked in an agency environment
  • Managed executive or founder personal brands
  • Built successful LinkedIn or newsletter communities
  • Published articles in respected business or marketing publications
  • Coordinated podcast appearances or speaking engagements
  • Experience with digital PR or media outreach
  • Worked with AI-powered content workflows
