Job Description
Senior Manager of Brand Strategy at Fuze Health enhancing healthcare marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Collaborating on brand messaging and integrated marketing campaign development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine enterprise and business unit positioning
- Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience narratives aligned to business priorities
- Ensure consistency and alignment across brand messaging and customer-facing communications
- Translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling, audience-centered messaging
- Synthesize existing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable audience personas and segmentation frameworks
- Translate customer, market, and sales insights into implications for messaging and marketing narratives
- Build persona frameworks to support marketing strategy, messaging, and integrated activation
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed
- Support development of scalable messaging frameworks, campaign processes, and brand standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in project management and marketing tools
