Job Description
English Conversation Class Trainer delivering live online lessons for goFLUENT, a B2B language-learning provider. Supporting professionals worldwide through interactive, career-focused communication training.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online language group lessons to business professionals
- Facilitate engaging lessons using the established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Teach professionals including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts
- Help learners build communication skills for their careers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work
- Windows 10 or up, or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma)
- Intel processor: Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen (or equivalent), or MacBook Pro/Air with M1 chip
- At least 8 GB RAM
- At least 20 GB of free disk space
- High-speed internet connection with 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to commit to a fixed Paris Time shift: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM
