Job Description
Conversation Class Trainer delivering live online English lessons to professionals worldwide. Creating engaging virtual learning experiences through goFLUENT’s technology, content, and human instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online language group lessons to business professionals
- Facilitate engaging lessons using the established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Teach executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts from diverse industries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work
- Windows 10 or newer PC/laptop or Mac running Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma
- Intel Core i5 12th generation / i7 11th generation or equivalent processor, or M1 Mac processor
- At least 8 GB RAM
- At least 20 GB free disk space
- High-speed internet connection with 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to commit to a fixed Paris Time shift: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM
