Job Description
English Conversation Class Trainer delivering live online language lessons for goFLUENT’s global business clients. Supporting professionals worldwide through interactive, methodology-driven instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online language group lessons to business professionals
- Facilitate engaging lessons using goFLUENT's established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Help professionals from diverse industries build communication skills for the global workplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Consistent 40-hour schedule
- Ability to commit to a fixed Paris Time shift: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM
- Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work
- Windows 10 or newer, or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma)
- Intel Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or equivalent, or Mac M1 processor
- At least 8 GB RAM
- At least 20 GB free disk space
- High-speed internet connection: 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
